Smoking is a serious issue in many parts of the world today. Hundreds of millions of people around the world poison themselves, not fully aware of what they are doing. And they're just burning their lives. Yeah, it won't burn as fast as a cigarette. But one need only look at a smoker’s lungs to understand HOW noxious smoking is.
Of course, everyone knows perfectly well that smoking is a bad habit. Since childhood, we have been driven into our heads that smoking is a bad habit. Like nail biting, parasite words, and so on. But rarely is the truth to be heard - smoking is not a bad habit at all. It is a murderous habit. You don't believe me? Just look at a photo of a smoker’s lungs to see. It is easier to find such a photo on the Internet, and the effect of "admiration" on the affected organ is so strong that some people who do not have a solid smoking experience are really able to refuse it before it is too late.
And the impact is really scary. Start by simply depositing tobacco tar (commonly called tar in cigarette packs) in people. This causes the teeth to turn yellow in the first place. This symptom is noticeable in people. And if you notice that some of your loved ones have already been struck by this disease, it is worth sending him for an X-ray. Yes, the lungs of a smoker are not too picturesque picture, but it is better to know in advance about any ailment.
However, it is not the yellowing of teeth that is the most terrible effect that can give a deposit of resin in the human body. Cancer is far more frightening. Moreover, malignant tumors can occur in different organs - lungs, throat, tongue, mouth. And it's really scary. Some people argue that there is no proven relationship between smoking and lung cancer. In that case, how can one explain that less than five per cent of those suffering from the deadly disease are non-smokers? Surveys and surveys were conducted. And practice has shown that among non-smokers, lung cancer affects 12 people out of 100 thousand (as a rule - passive smokers), while among those who smoke a pack of cigarettes a day, the number of patients is already 112 people for the same number of examinees. And among the more active smokers, who kill two packs of people in a day, this number increases to 284 people. What other evidence is needed? Of course, only the smoker’s lungs, which have turned into real trash, can show better.

Of course, in the process of smoking, a terrible blow is inflicted on the entire body. It's the brain, it's the nervous system, it's the gastrointestinal tract, it's the heart. But the worst blow is to the lungs of a smoker. After all, first of all, tobacco smoke enriched with useful substances such as tobacco tar, nicotine, hydrogen cyanide (often used in gas chambers), carbon monoxide, as well as many others, enters the lungs of the smoker. And the lion's share of all this poison (some experts say that the amount of deadly substances in a cigarette is close to a thousand) settles in the lungs. Of course, the cells of the lungs covered with a thin layer of poison just start to die. The more active the smoking process, the more poison settles on the walls, and therefore, the lungs will die much faster. As a result, healthy lungs die almost completely over several decades (in some cases over several years), thanks to the huge amount of poisons accumulated in them. It is not necessary to specify, that the owner of these lungs dies in terrible torment.
That's what a smoker's lungs look like
If you study the smoker's lungs on fluorography, then an untrained person can really become ill. Indeed, no matter how grossly such a comparison may sound, the lightest part of a smoker with a solid experience resembles a sex rag or a vacuum cleaner dust bag. Instead of healthy flesh, it's a thinning mass of cells that's mostly dead. It resembles an apple in which dozens of worms have settled, thanks to numerous "wormholes".
It is quite understandable that the more actively a person smokes, the more his "experience" and the more strong cigarettes he smokes, the more actively the process of lung destruction takes place. Eventually, as a smoker’s long-term lungs begin to die, a persistent, painful cough develops. It is often accompanied by hemoptysis. Of course, chest pain and pneumonia are also almost constant companions of these symptoms.
So if you compare the lungs of a smoker and a non-smoker, you see one difference. In the former case, the lungs resemble exactly a part of a living organism. And in the second - on a piece of digested, and in some places and burnt by-products. Alas, this is the case.
Experts are well aware that in Russia alone about 400,000 people die from smoking and related diseases every year. Think about it! It's a big city like Kursk! In two years, a city like Perm will disappear from the face of the earth! And all this from the usual "bad" habit.
So it is understandable that anyone who knows what a smoker’s lungs look like would want to protect their child from this deadly habit. But not everyone knows how to do it.
First of all, if you want to help your child live a long and healthy life, it is worth quitting smoking yourself, if you have not already done so. Remember that after 10 years, a smoker’s lungs turn into a real sex rag, unable to support a person’s life. Perhaps this refusal will give you from 5 to 25 years of life. Is this a small reward for abandoning a terrible habit?
It is advisable that in the first years of life your child does not know at all what smoking and cigarettes are. Then in the future, smoking will cause only rejection and rejection in it. Later, of course, you have to clearly prove to him that smoking is a habit that sooner or later kills any smoker. You can show him the lungs of a smoker and a healthy person so that he remembers the difference forever. It will also be useful simply to tell him about the mechanism of destruction of the human body by tobacco and the substances contained in tobacco smoke.
Remember, it would be better if your child simply does not try to smoke, and does not suffer later, trying to quit. After all, the lungs of a smoking teenager are much more prone to various diseases than the lungs of an adult, as less robust.
Also try to find friends from families who also understand all the harm that smoking does to a person. Giving a child a picture of people who smoke easily is helpful. Let him show you at school. Maybe it will help some other children to think about it. Moreover, it is not difficult to find a photo on the Internet depicting the lungs of a smoker. Well, your child, if you raised him right, will never touch this poison. By doing so, you will give him a chance to live a healthy and happy life, rather than die in his 40s or 50s with decomposed lungs.
Alas, the state is doing very little to protect people from the habit of smoking. Well, it is understandable - cigarette sales bring billions of rubles a year. But no one cares about the fate of people in today's economic system. Yet what could the state do?
First of all, it would be worth replacing the stupid and tired inscriptions on cigarettes. They usually just make you laugh. A very different effect will be a photo depicting the lungs of a smoker 10 years old. Preferably - color photo. Similarly, cigarette packs can contain photos of babies born to smokers and of affected internal organs. The effect is likely to be many times stronger.
But so far, the state has not been too hasty to protect its citizens and lose a huge income. So just remember what makes the difference between a smoker’s and a non-smoker’s lungs. And if possible, also explain to your loved ones or just acquaintances what the lungs of a smoker look like. And it will be enough for you to live for many years longer and keep you in good health until you get old.
